A wonderful way to receive the benefits of the practice in a safe, supportive way, chair yoga with Suzi takes place at Grey Bears on Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:30am – 10:30am. This wonderfully therapeutic practice will help you increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, stamina, memory and mental awareness, improve circulation and relax the body.
Instructor Suzi Mahler, CMT NE will guide you through a series of gentle seated yoga postures that are performed slowly and with breath awareness. $5 suggested donation, no one turned away for lack of funds.
