Chair Yoga Classes at Grey Bears

A wonderful way to receive the benefits of the practice in a safe, supportive way, chair yoga takes place at Grey Bears on Tuesdays and Fridays with Suzi, and Thursdays with Sarah, 9:30 – 10:30am each day. This wonderfully therapeutic practice will help you increase strength, range of motion, stamina, memory and mental awareness, improve circulation and relax the body. $5 suggested donation, no one turned away for lack of funds.
